The Role:

We are looking for self-motivated Customer Care Representatives to join PocketPills amazing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer questions and offer other information, as requested, to provide patient-focused service.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the benefits of PocketPills online pharmacy.
  • Listening to the customer needs to close & generate repeat prescription sales.
  • Help customers create their profile in the pharmacy system, ask questions about prescription medication and educate them about how PocketPills works.
  • Keep up to date on all product/process details.
  • Reply to customer’s emails and SMS in a timely manner.
  • Strong team player and ready to go the extra mile to bring delight to customers.
  • Positively contribute to staff morale and corporate culture.

Must-Haves:

  • Ability to type minimum 45 WPM.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and politely to customers.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in a conversation.
  • Minimum 1 year of call-center experience with strong analytical skills.
  • Articulate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Ability to function independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves:

  • Relevant experience in handling B2C sales calls.
