 The Role:

The role of Site Director of Operations requires the proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.


  1. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of pharmacy operations to ensure smooth delivery of medications
  2. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures and come up with new workflows as well as improvements
  3. Revise and/or formulate policies and drive their implementation
  4. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
  5. Ensure that the company operations conform to established pharmacy regulations
  6. Ensure customer happiness even if it means thinking outside the box and not following established processes on occasions
  7. Recommend software changes needed to achieve the above objectives
  8. Help drive strategy for growing revenues from the province
  9. Lead a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, shippers, and delivery drivers.

Must Haves:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience working for consulting firms such as Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG, etc.
  2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare, engineering, or business administration.
  3. Proven experience as Manager/ Director of Operations or Customer Success in an eCommerce company. Start-up experience is a plus.
  4. Detail-oriented and structured thinker
  5. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  6. Outstanding communication and people skills
  7. Ability to work in new areas, including picking up knowledge of the industry’s legal rules and guidelines
  8. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  9. Experience with Google docs, Excel and Powerpoint
