We are servicing BC, AB, SK, MB, ON & Atlantic provinces. We are looking for an out of box thinker, tech-savvy Relief Pharmacist who is licensed in Manitoba.


  • Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional advice and applicable dialogue with patients on prescriptions to provide excellent customer service and customer maximize patient loyalty.
  • Service and satisfy client’s health care needs in and out of the pharmacy area.
  • Maintain professional rapport with ordering physicians.
  • Process prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to staff as needed.
  • Maintain required and other reports.
  • Implement proper pricing and receiving procedures to minimize shrinkage in such areas as damaged goods, returns, internal and external theft.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain the dispensary inventory level within the prescribed guidelines through accurate perpetual inventory records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Performance Requirements:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical software programs; services available to clients; product knowledge; phone system.
  • Skill in organizing; use of equipment utilized in this position.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships; talk with other healthcare professionals in a professional, businesslike manner; handle stressful situations in a professional manner; work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods of time; adapt to change; meet continuing education requirements; occasionally lift/move items up to 75 pounds.


  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting
  • Worked in a clinically focused setting will be considered an asset
  • Pharmacy license to practice in the province in which you are applying.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer/patient satisfaction orientation
  • Ability to achieve results with a strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work productively as a member of a dynamic and fast-paced team
