We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing Pharmacy Operations team, reporting to the Director of Operations Analysis and Strategy. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with data/engineering team to understand the existing data structure 
  • Build and maintain dashboards that visualize data in a clean, understandable format that allows for meaningful insights to be drawn by stakeholders
  • Running SQL queries to pull relevant data requests 
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requests and run SQL queries to pull relevant data for operational reports 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and measure the impact of initiatives to make noticeable improvements based on impact and feedback

 

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

  • 2+ years experience in data analytics using SQL (Redshift, GBQ), Tableau, Google Sheets or Redash
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities
  • Bachelors in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative fields
  • Experience building dashboards using data visualization software such Tableau, Redash, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work with limited supervision
